Winunite Return & Exchange Policy, Warranty Terms and Conditions
1、30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange. All customized orders can be returned for full refund within 30 days of receipt.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
1. Items without tag or that have been worn, damaged or altered are not refundable, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange cannot be refund or returned again.
3. Customized items, including customized size, engraved, customized color, customized stone cut, customized stone size, are not returnable. (Custom sizes are those that charge extra $15)
General order will be fully refunded before order is shipped out.Please refer to below details:
1.Shipping Time：Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours, these are our standard shipping times excluding weekends. If you do place an order on the weekend, we will begin fulfilling orders on the next business day.
2. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours after order was placed, there would be no cancellation fee.
3. If the cancellation is made 48 hours after order was placed, there would be a $10 cancellation fee.
4.If there is no shipped when the refund request is made, there would be no cancellation fee.
Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4、Our Warranty Terms and Conditions:
Winunite products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 1 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Winunite’s sole discretion. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Winunite products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
